The Rustic Table was founded in 2018 by Chef Maria Santos, who left her Michelin-starred position in Paris to create a restaurant that celebrates the beauty of simple, honest food.

Every morning, our team visits local farms to handpick the freshest seasonal ingredients. We believe that great food starts with great relationships — with our farmers, our community, and our guests.
